Role Overview
\n
The Dean/Director will provide academic, strategic, and administrative leadership for the Digital Science & Management programs. The role requires a senior academic leader with strong expertise in curriculum design, accreditation frameworks, faculty development, and industry engagement to drive academic excellence and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities
\n
\n - Lead academic planning, curriculum design, and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) initiatives
\n - Drive innovation in teaching, learning practices, and research culture
\n - Lead, mentor, and develop faculty teams while promoting interdisciplinary collaboration
\n - Ensure compliance with accreditation standards such as NAAC, NBA, and AACSB
\n - Build strong relationships with industry, government bodies, policymakers, and academic institutions
\n - Conceptualize and launch new programs, specializations, and academic initiatives in Digital Science & Management
\n - Represent the School at academic, industry, and policy forums
\n

\n - Strong academic leadership and strategic vision
\n - Deep understanding of curriculum frameworks, accreditation, and quality assurance
\n - Sound knowledge of emerging digital technologies and their application in management education
\n - Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
\n - Proven decision-making, problem-solving, and change-management capabilities

Eligibility & Experience
\n
\n - Ph.D. in Management, Digital Technologies, Data Science, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline
\n - Minimum 10–15 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration
\n - Prior leadership experience as Dean, Director, HoD, or Senior Faculty is preferred
\n - Experience with NAAC, NBA, and/or AACSB accreditation is highly desirable
\n - Strong industry and academic exposure in Digital Science & Management will be an advantage
\n
