OwnFitBody (www.ownfitbody.com) is an online fitness coaching company helping busy South Asian professionals in Canada and the USA (ages 25–50) lose fat and keep it off for good, through our proprietary Stay Fit Forever (SFF) Method™. We've delivered 2,300+ client transformations and are scaling our coaching delivery team to keep pace with growth.

The Role

We're hiring an Online Fitness Coach to deliver the SFF Method to our client base. You'll own the client experience post-sale: onboarding, program delivery, check-ins, and keeping clients accountable and motivated through their transformation journey. This is a client-facing, WhatsApp-first role — no in-person training involved.

What You’ll Do

• Onboard new clients through Week 0 (Lifestyle Audit + Mindset Optimization) before moving them into their program phase
• Deliver and adapt the SFF Method's four phases (Reset → Rebuild → Strengthen → Stay Fit Forever) based on each client's progress
• Build personalized workout and nutrition plans in line with SFF Method nutritional guidelines
• Run regular check-ins via WhatsApp — reviewing progress, adjusting plans, and solving adherence issues
• Keep clients motivated and on track across the full length of their program
• Flag renewal-ready clients and support the retention/renewal process
• Maintain accurate client records and progress logs

What We’re Looking For

• Certified fitness/personal training credential (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) — required
• Prior experience coaching clients online (not just in-gym training)
• Strong understanding of nutrition fundamentals for fat loss and body recomposition
• Excellent written/verbal English — you'll be coaching almost entirely over WhatsApp/chat
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a full caseload of clients independently
• Reliable internet and availability to match client time zones (Canada/USA hours)
• Bonus: experience coaching South Asian or immigrant clients, familiarity with Indian diet/food swaps for Western contexts

Client Support & Accountability

• Monitor daily check-ins, weekly check-ins, and habit compliance
• Review food logs, workout adherence, and lifestyle data
• Follow up with inactive or inconsistent clients
• Maintain professional, empathetic, and firm communication

Work Hours & Operational Window

• Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST, 6 Days a Week
• The 12-hour window does not mean a 12-hour continuous shift. It simply represents the operational hours during which our clients may require timely responses on chat.
• You are expected to be responsive within that 12-hour window, but your work will not run back-to-back for 12 hours.

Work Setup Requirements

As this is a remote role, you are expected to maintain a professional home office setup that allows you to perform your duties effectively. This includes:

• A reliable laptop or desktop computer.
• High-speed Wi-Fi connection with backup option.
• A smartphone for communication (WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
• Quiet & presentable environment with good lighting suitable for Google Meeting video calls with clients if required.
• Headset/mic or equipment that ensures clear audio and video quality.
