Graphic Designer – Full-time

Compensation: INR 30,000 – 50,000 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE

Matchworkers International is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead our visual identity across digital and print platforms. You will design engaging content that strengthens our brand, supports our marketing campaigns, and represents the company professionally across every channel — from social media and our website to print collateral and video.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong design craft with the ability to edit video and support UI/UX, and who can own brand consistency end to end.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design engaging social media advertisements, campaigns, and creative assets.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure consistency of the company’s brand identity and visual guidelines.
• Create LinkedIn posts, website banners, landing page visuals, and other digital marketing materials.
• Assist with UI/UX design support for the company website in coordination with the development team.
• Design email newsletters, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Create print materials, including brochures, flyers, business cards, stationery, presentations, and other branded documents.
• Edit short-form video reels for Instagram and long-form videos for YouTube.
• Ensure consistent branding, visual quality, and messaging across all digital and print platforms

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: Proven experience in graphic design and creative work, with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand, digital, and print projects.
• Design tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools such as Figma and Canva.
• Video editing: Ability to edit reels and long-form video using tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Branding: Experience developing and maintaining brand identity and visual guidelines across platforms.
• UI/UX: Working knowledge of, or willingness to support, website UI/UX in coordination with developers.
• Qualities: A strong eye for typography, layout, and color; attention to detail; and the ability to manage multiple projects to deadline.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with AI-assisted design and content tools.
• Motion graphics capability.
• Experience designing for a multi-channel marketing function.
