Role Description

\n

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai .

\n

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

\n

\n
• Planning and delivering engaging, concept-based lessons aligned with international curricula
\n
• Creating a positive, student-centred learning environment
\n
• Preparing students for international examinations with a strong focus on conceptual understanding
\n
• Designing assessments, worksheets, and academic resources
\n
• Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
\n
• Mentoring students academically and supporting their overall development
\n
• Using innovative teaching methodologies and educational technology
\n
• Contributing to curriculum development, academic research, and faculty collaboration
\n

\n

Qualifications & Requirements

\n

\n
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
\n
• Strong subject knowledge with experience in international curricula
\n
• Excellent lesson planning and classroom management skills
\n
• Fluency in spoken and written English
\n
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
\n
• A passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous professional development
\n
• Prior experience teaching MYP, IGCSE, A Level, IBDP, or AP programmes is highly desirable
\n

Salary

\n

Competitive salary, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
