Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive – Poline Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Surat, Gujarat (Head Office)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)

Travel: Domestic client visits outside Surat/Gujarat as required

Industry: Industrial Valve Manufacturing (Poline Valves)

Poline Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a Surat-based manufacturer and trader of industrial valves (brass, cast iron, cast steel, forged steel & stainless steel) under the Poline Valves brand. We serve clients across sectors including power, oil & gas, and infrastructure, with a strong presence in domestic and export markets.

Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business development, manage client relationships, and support our growing sales pipeline across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries via calls, email, and site visits
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients (industrial buyers, EPC contractors, distributors)
• Prepare and share quotations, product catalogues, and technical documentation
• Travel to client locations within and outside Gujarat for meetings, negotiations, and order finalization
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch follow-ups, and after-sales support
• Assist in marketing activities — exhibitions, digital campaigns, and promotional content
• Maintain CRM/sales records and report on pipeline status regularly
• Identify new market opportunities and support tender/documentation requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Com/B.Tech or equivalent); MBA is a plus
• 0–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (industrial or B2B sales preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
• Willingness to travel outside Surat/Gujarat as needed
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel; CRM familiarity is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with client-facing roles
