Job description
NB : "We are recruiting for a scheduled commercial bank" Experience: - 3 - 12 years Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Diploma or certification in Front Office Management, Office Administration, Hospitality, or Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage. Experience 2–5 years of experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, Customer Service Executive, or Administrative Assistant. Experience in a bank, financial institution, corporate office, or hospitality sector is preferred. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Able to converse in Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi. Ability to interact confidently with senior executives, customers, regulators, and visitors. Computer Proficiency Working knowledge of: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Email etiquette Visitor management systems Basic office automation software Professional Competencies Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and demeanor. Strong customer service orientation. Excellent interpersonal and telephone etiquette. Ability to multitask and prioritize work. Good organizational and time management skills. High level of confidentiality and integrity. Attention to detail and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and dignitaries. Manage the reception desk and visitor registration. Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately. Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments. Receive and dispatch courier, mail, and official correspondence. Provide administrative support to various departments. Maintain reception area standards and ensure a positive first impression of the Bank. Coordinate with Security, Administration, and HR for visitor management and employee support. Personal Attributes Positive attitude and service mindset. Calm under pressure. Courteous and empathetic. Team player with strong coordination skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion. Age Preferably below 35 years (relaxation may be considered for exceptionally suitable candidates). Preferred Competencies Exposure to banking or NBFC operations. Knowledge of corporate etiquette and protocol. Event and meeting coordination skills. Basic understanding of banking products and services. Experience in handling senior management offices.
