We are Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive — Rehabilitation & Homecare \n

Are you a target-driven healthcare sales professional looking to build a meaningful career? Avanta Rehabilitation Centre is expanding its footprint in Bangalore , and we are looking for a high-energy Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Business Development team!

In this field-based role, you will be the face of Avanta across Bangalore’s healthcare ecosystem. You’ll build and nurture trusted relationships with neurologists, orthopaedic surgeons, physicians, ICU teams, and discharge coordinators. Your primary focus will be detailing our premier neurorehabilitation, outpatient therapy, and post-acute homecare packages to build a steady pipeline of qualified patient referrals. If you thrive on territory management, consultative selling, and making a real difference in post-acute patient care, this role is for you!

What We’re Looking For: \n

• Education: Graduate degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Allied Health).
\n
• Experience: 1–4 years in healthcare field sales (pharma, medical devices, diagnostics, or hospital BD). Prior experience in rehabilitation or homecare is a big plus!
\n
• Skills: Strong clinical communication, consultative selling, and CRM discipline. A valid 2-wheeler/4-wheeler license and personal vehicle are mandatory.
\n
• Languages: Fluency in English and Kannada is required.
