ERP Administrator In4Velocity

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage all modules of the In4Velocity ERP system end-to-end.
• Apply thorough knowledge of real estate business processes to configure and optimize ERP workflows.
• Act as the single point of contact between internal users and the ERP developer/vendor.
• Maintain the ERP Issue/Complaint Register and ensure timely resolution within defined TAT.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), debugging, testing, and validation of system issues.
• Coordinate with all departments (Sales, CRM, Finance, Projects, CP) to gather business requirements and drive ERP enhancements.
• Prepare process flow documents, SOPs, MIS reports, and user manuals.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and system configurations.
• Conduct user training and onboarding to ensure effective ERP utilization across departments.
• Monitor ERP performance and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Conduct quarterly system audits and report findings/status to HOD.
• Coordinate ERP upgrades, patches, and UAT cycles with the vendor and stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless integration and data consistency between the ERP's accounts/finance module and other business functions (sales, collections, project costing).

Configure and support the In4Velocity Accounts Module, including setup of new companies and projects, Chart of Accounts (COA) mapping, voucher configuration, accounting masters, financial parameters, and related system configurations to support accurate and efficient financial processes.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Average issue resolution TAT and % of issues resolved within SLA.
• System uptime and data accuracy across ERP modules.
• Timeliness and quality of quarterly audits and MIS reporting.
• User adoption levels and training effectiveness (measured via usage/error rates).
• Successful delivery of ERP enhancement requests raised by departments.

Required Skills

• Expert, hands-on knowledge of all In4Velocity (In4Suit) ERP modules.

End-to-end functional expertise in the In4Velocity Accounts Module, including new company/project setup, COA mapping, voucher configuration, accounting masters, financial parameters, and system configurations.

• Strong understanding of real estate business operations — sales, collections, CP management, project costing, and post-sales.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective coordination, communication, and stakeholder management across departments and vendors.
