We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can deliver a warm, professional, and memorable experience to every customer. Role Overview We are seeking a confident and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to serve as the point of contact for our Representatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and be capable of resolving customer queries efficiently while maintaining a positive brand experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Make follow-up calls to representatives regarding enquiries, feedback, and issue resolution. Respond to representative queries received through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms. Resolve concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups. Build strong customer relationships through courteous and empathetic communication. Collect feedbacks and share insights with internal teams. Ensure timely responses and maintain high service quality standards. Represent Creykid Toys & Games Pvt Ltd brand with professionalism and a customer-first approach. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage). Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently interact with customers and handle difficult conversations professionally. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Good listening skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must have prior experience in voice process. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Telecalling, Customer Relations, or a similar customer-facing role. Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Retail or Consumer Products will be an added advantage. Immediate joiners will be preferred. Why Join Creykid?
