Your expertise will help ensure we maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and stakeholder trust. What You'll Do Act as whole time Company Secretary of Ingenico International India Private Limited in accordance with applicable Indian company law requirements Manage Board, Committee and Shareholder meetings, including agendas, minutes and governance documentation. Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, MCA/ROC requirements and statutory filing obligations. Partner with legal, finance and business stakeholders on governance, restructuring and compliance matters. Liaise with regulators, auditors and external advisors while driving best-practice governance processes. About You Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) with valid membership 6-12 years of relevant experience in a multinational company, listed organisation, law firm or corporate secretarial services environment. Experience in financial services / fintech / technology or similar highly regarded Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, MCA/ROC processes and Indian corporate secretarial compliance. Experience supporting Board and ExCo meetings and preparing governance documentation. Degree in Law, Business or Commerce, Higher Education highly regarded. Exposure to international groups, APAC entities Strong communication skills (including fluent English) with the ability to build trusted relationships across stakeholders.
