Job Description:

  • Team Building: Build and expand your team using your personal network.
  • Training & Motivation: Train and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Business Development: Organize and conduct sales visits to generate new business opportunities.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop team members to enhance performance and drive business growth.
  • Meetings & Reporting: Manage and conduct weekly and monthly meetings to track progress and set goals.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Any bachelor with minimum 1 month of experience in Sales & Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance.
  • Good communication skills.
