Job Summary
We are looking for a HR Executive – Talent Acquisition with 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining formalities for technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely candidate communication.
- Handle offer rollout, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, ATS, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR (Mandatory).
- 4+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
