Fitness Trainer

Job Title: Fitness Trainer - Women's Health (Remote)

Location: Remote

Compensation: ₹25,000– ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives

LevelUpForWomen is a women's health company dedicated to helping women manage PCOS, improve fertility, address hormonal imbalances, and build sustainable healthy lifestyles through evidence-based nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online morning workout sessions from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM (Monday to Saturday) .
• Review client exercise videos and provide detailed feedback on form, technique, and progression.
• Respond to client exercise-related queries and provide appropriate exercise modifications between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) .
• Design safe, effective, and progressive exercise programs based on each client's goals, medical history, fitness level, and physical limitations.
• Collaborate with the nutrition and coaching teams to deliver holistic client care.
• Monitor client progress and recommend suitable exercise progressions or regressions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions while following company protocols.
  

Requirements

• Certified Fitness Trainer with strong expertise in strength training.
• Good understanding of women's health and female physiology.
• Knowledge of pelvic floor training, including Kegel exercises.
• Experience working with clients managing PCOS, obesity, insulin resistance, back pain, knee pain, postural issues, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
• Ability to modify exercises for injuries, pain, and varying fitness levels.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Comfortable providing virtual coaching and video-based form corrections.
• Prior experience in online fitness coaching is preferred.
