This role demands a true hybrid creative - someone who is exceptionally skilled in crafting both stunning static graphics and high-performing video content. Your creativity will be applied across all digital formats, including social media, video ads, mailers, web banners, and other digital media.

You will work directly with senior marketing specialists to design scroll-stopping creatives for e-commerce brands. This role offers a fast track to rapid growth within the organization and requires a proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership of outcomes and deliver exceptional quality.

Who You Are

• Experienced: You have 2 to 3 years of proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling.
• The Ultimate Hybrid (Static & Video): You are equally proficient and confident in both static design and video production. You know how to design a pixel-perfect graphic and how to edit and animate a highly engaging video ad.
• Technically Proficient: You have expert-level mastery of all major industry-standard design and video software, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
• Digital and AI Native: You actively use AI tools and know how to integrate them into your daily workflow without compromising your own technical or creative skills.
• Driven: You are a high-agency, critical thinker with a sharp eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, and pacing.
• Visual Thinker: You possess a strong understanding of translating text (copy) and marketing concepts into compelling visual narratives that drive conversions.
• Curious: You have an innate hunger to constantly learn, adapt to new design trends, and grow your skill set.
