Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including managing retail and distributor relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring strong brand visibility in the market. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, setting and tracking targets, analyzing market trends, and providing regular performance reports to leadership. The Sales Manager will lead and support the sales team through training, coaching, and performance reviews, while coordinating closely with marketing and operations to execute campaigns and ensure product availability. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kerala, India, requiring regular field visits, store audits, and customer interactions to strengthen Mamamiac’s presence across the region. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or skincare, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills in territory planning, channel management, and key account handling to build and maintain strong distributor and retail partnerships. Ability to analyze sales data, forecast demand, and prepare clear performance reports to guide strategic decisions. Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders. Comfort with on-site work, field travel, and market visits across Kerala, along with strong organizational and time-management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Interest in skincare, consumer behavior, and purpose-driven brands, with the ability to represent Mamamiac’s values and product philosophy.
