Position: HR Intern
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Internship Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: As per company policy
About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys interacting with people, and has excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities* Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
* Ensure all recruitment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed accurately.
* Update candidate information in recruitment sheets and HR systems.
* Coordinate with interview panels and candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
* Follow up with candidates for interview confirmations, feedback, and documentation.
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure data integrity.
* Support the HR team with administrative and operational tasks as required.
Required Skills* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Eligibility*Completed a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage.
