Role Description The Plumbing & Firefighting Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of plumbing and firefighting projects for various types of buildings. This full-time, on-site role is based in Navi Mumbai and involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant codes and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing designs and drawings, preparing project plans and resource schedules, supervising site activities, conducting quality checks, and resolving technical issues related to plumbing and firef systems. The role also includes managing vendors and contractors, monitoring maintenance and repair work during and after installation, preparing progress reports, and supporting project documentation and approvals from authorities.
Qualifications

• Ability to manage and supervise plumbing-related work, including plumbing system design review and installation oversight.
• Strong understanding of pipe systems, material selection, and layout for plumbing and firefighting applications.
• Experience in maintenance and repair, with capability to troubleshoot and ensure ongoing reliability of installed systems.
• Customer service skills to coordinate with clients, address concerns, and maintain professional relationships.
• Proven experience as a project manager or site engineer in plumbing and firefighting projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and standards related to fire protection and plumbing in Maharashtra.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and quality control.
• Effective communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate contractors, technicians, and site staff.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
