Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creative development and execution of high-impact visual communication initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strong combination of creative expertise, strategic thinking, visual storytelling, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will be capable of translating business objectives into compelling visual experiences while maintaining consistency across brand, marketing, executive communications, digital assets, and other creative touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver polished, engaging, and brand-aligned creative solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and creative execution of major initiatives, including product launches, marketing campaigns, executive presentations, internal communications, and customer-facing materials.
• Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into compelling visual concepts and creative solutions.
• Develop high-quality designs across digital and print platforms while ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Communications, and leadership teams to understand requirements and deliver effective visual narratives.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of brand identity systems, visual guidelines, templates, and scalable creative asset libraries.
• Take ownership of complex and high-priority design projects from concept development through final delivery.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, presentations, marketing collateral, digital assets, and other visual communication materials.
• Ensure all creative deliverables maintain high standards of visual quality, consistency, usability, and brand alignment.
• Present design concepts and creative recommendations to senior stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers and promote strong design practices, creative standards, and collaborative workflows.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, tools, and visual communication practices.
• Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms, formats, audiences, and screen sizes.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• 7–9 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Brand Design, or Creative Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in concept development, visual storytelling, branding, and creative execution.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and related design applications.
• Advanced experience creating professional presentations using Keynote and/or PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects from concept to completion.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and translating business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with digital product design and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience creating design systems, brand guidelines, and reusable creative assets.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or basic animation.
• Experience working across both digital and print media.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and product design workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Design, or a related discipline.
• Experience working in fast-paced, technology-driven, or enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead high-visibility creative initiatives.
• Strong understanding of modern brand and digital design practices.
