Hiring: Sales Executive — Fixed Salary + Uncapped Commission | International Sales

We're a full-service digital marketing agency — SEO, paid ads, websites, social media, design — with a complete in-house team behind you. You sell, we deliver.

The role:

Reach out to business owners in international markets (US, UAE and more), book meetings, close deals. Script, training and all materials provided. You work directly with the founder — no layers, fast decisions.

The money:

• ₹15,000/month fixed

• 10% commission on every client you close — paid on their first 3 months of billing

• Bonus on every qualified meeting booked — you earn before your first close

• International clients = bigger tickets = bigger commissions. One $1,000/month client puts ₹25,000+ in your pocket over 3 months

• No cap. Your income is decided by you, not us.

Growth:

Early seat in a growing sales team — top performer becomes Sales Lead.

You:

• Fluent, confident spoken English — non-negotiable, you're selling to native speakers

• International calling / BPO / sales experience is a strong plus

• Willing to work international time zones (US shift = night hours IST; Gulf shift = normal hours)

• Laptop + good internet

• Hungry — your work decides your income
