Roles & Responsibilities :
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for SAP HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules integration and enhancement techniques.
- Ability to work with agile development frameworks and continuous integration processes.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging in SAP ABAP systems.
Experience :
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Min 15 years of full time education is required.
