Speech Therapist /Speech Language Pathologist

HIRING SPEECH THERAPIST for ABCD - AddressHealth Behavioural and Child Development Centre at Hulimavu, Bannerghatta Road.

We are seeking passionate and skilled Speech Therapists to join our multidisciplinary paediatric care team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders in children while working closely with families and professionals to deliver effective outcomes.

Clinic Timing: 10 am to 6 pm

Job Type: Full time

Qualification: Bachelor/Master in SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist)

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of exp in relavent field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat children with speech and language delays/disorders
• Plan and conduct individualized therapy sessions
• Work on articulation, language, fluency, and social communication skills
• Support children with ASD, ADHD, and developmental delays
• Collaborate closely with developmental pediatricians, neurodevelopmental pediatrician, and behavior therapists to deliver integrated care.
• Monitor children's progress through regular assessments and modify intervention plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, assessment reports, therapy notes, and progress reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, parent counseling sessions, and developmental review meetings.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards, clinical protocols, and quality guidelines.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with RCI Registration.
• 3–5 years of experience in pediatric speech and language therapy, preferably in a child development center, preschools, chilldren hospital, or child speciality clinic.
• Ability to engage effectively with children of different developmental levels.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills.
• Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
