Job Description

Prime Axis Realty is looking for ambitious, confident, and result-oriented individuals who aspire to build a successful career in real estate sales. During the internship, you will receive hands-on training in sales, client relationship management, lead generation, negotiations, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new sales leads.

Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries.

Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable options.

Schedule and conduct property site visits.

Follow up with prospective buyers and investors.

Build long-term relationships with clients.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Coordinate with developers and channel partners.

Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

Prepare daily sales reports and activity updates.

Assist in developing sales strategies and business growth initiatives.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for sales and customer interaction.

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing final year) preferred.
