Vritti iMedia is looking for an energetic, result-oriented, and system-driven Business Head to lead our Audiowala Bus Station Media Business across Rest of Karnataka.

This is not just a sales leadership role.

We are looking for someone who can build a high-performance organization, drive business growth, develop strong market relationships, and establish Audiowala as Karnataka's leading retail media platform.

Who We Are Looking For

We need someone who:

✅ Knows the Karnataka market inside out.

✅ Has strong relationships with Retail Brands, Advertising Agencies, Media Agencies, Corporate Clients, Educational Institutions, Hospitals, Automobile Dealers, Real Estate Developers, Banks and Local Businesses accross the State.

✅ Can build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams of ASMs, BDMs, Telecallers, Business Partners, and Sales Coordinators.

✅ Believes in systems, CRM discipline, data-driven decision-making, and daily business reviews.

✅ Can drive 100% inventory utilization across Audiowala Bus Station Media.

✅ Is passionate about expanding business through Business Partners, Agencies, and Corporate Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue and profitability across Karnataka (excluding Bengaluru)

- Lead district-wise sales growth and business expansion

- Develop Retail, Corporate, Government, and Agency business

- Appoint and manage Business Partners across districts

- Ensure CRM-driven sales execution and KPI monitoring

- Improve inventory utilization, collections, and customer retention

- Build a culture of accountability, performance, and execution

Preferred Experience

✔️ 15–20 years in Media, OOH Advertising, Retail Media, Telecom, FMCG, Channel Sales, or Business Development

✔️ Proven experience managing multi-location teams

✔️ Strong understanding of Karnataka's business ecosystem

✔️ Kannada and English communication skills
