Associate Program Manager (Technical) Function: Technology / Product & Engineering Location: Bengaluru, India (On-site / Hybrid) Experience: 0-2 years Reports To: Engineering and Data Head About GIVA GIVA is an omnichannel jewellery brand operating 350+ stores across India and internationally (Sri Lanka, US), spanning multiple brands including GIVA and Veda. Our technology stack connects storefronts, factory operations, ERP, warehouse, and logistics systems to run a fast-scaling retail business end to end. About the Role We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to help drive execution across GIVA's technology initiatives - from ERP migration and systems integration to internal tooling and cross-functional reporting. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, finance, data, and business stakeholders to keep programs on track, unblock dependencies, and bring structure to complex, multi-system initiatives. This is a high-visibility role suited to someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, comfortable with data and stakeholder management, and eager to learn how a technology-led retail business operates. What You'll Do - Track and drive execution of cross-functional technology programs (e.g., ERP/systems integration, tooling rollouts) spanning multiple internal and vendor teams. - Build and maintain program trackers, RAID logs, and status reports; flag risks, blockers, and open decisions to stakeholders early. - Prepare clear, data-backed status updates and decks for leadership reviews (weekly/fortnightly cadences). - Coordinate with engineering, operations, finance, and external vendors/partners to align on scope, timelines, and ownership. - Own documentation: requirement notes, decision logs, sign-off matrices, and process runbooks. - Support UAT coordination, go-live readiness checks, and post-launch monitoring and performance measurement for key initiatives. - Proactively identify process gaps and suggest lightweight fixes to improve program visibility and execution speed. What We're Looking For - 0-2 years of experience in program management, product operations, business analysis, or a related execution-focused role (internships count). - Strong written and verbal communication - able to summarize complex, cross-functional information clearly and concisely. - Comfort with data, exposure to SQL or BI tools like Metabase is a plus. - Structured, organized thinker who can manage multiple threads and follow up relentlessly without heavy oversight. - Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field. - Prior exposure to retail, e-commerce, ERP systems, or B2B/B2C tech platforms is a plus, though not required. - A builder's mindset - curious about how systems and processes work, and motivated to make them better.
