Sales Manager - Real Estate Residential Sales

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to drive residential sales for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle. Key Responsibilities - Drive residential sales targets and revenue growth for the assigned project/territory - Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through proactive outreach - Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations to close sales - Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct clients - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to refine sales approach - Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management - Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle Requirements - 4-6 years of experience in sales, with residential real estate sales experience strongly preferred - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory) What We Offer - Attractive salary + performance-based incentives - Opportunity to work with a growing, dynamic real estate brand - Career growth opportunities
