Learners Education is looking for a Graphic Designer to help create daily content for our social media platforms and paid marketing campaigns.

You’ll also be involved in content planning and creative brainstorming.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Development: Translate strategic direction and ideas into engaging graphics, logos, illustrations, and layouts.
• Cross-Media Design: Create tailored assets for digital campaigns, print collateral, product packaging, and user-facing platforms.
• Collaboration: Work alongside other stakeholders to align visuals with company guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Revision & Delivery: Prepare drafts, present ideas, and amend designs after incorporating constructive feedback.

Core Requirements

• Software Proficiency: Expert command of industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma.
• Technical Skills: Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Portfolio: A well-rounded portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality projects and a deep understanding of visual communication.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional time management, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
