We're Hiring: Full-Time Online Yoga Trainers Role: Yoga Trainer Work Type: Full-Time Mode: Remote / Online Open Positions: 2 Working Window: 7:00 AM - 9:30 PM IST (Sessions are scheduled within this window with adequate breaks. Trainers conduct an average of 5 hours of sessions per day, with a maximum of 6 sessions.) Week Off: Saturday or Sunday Compensation: 30,000- 35,000 (in hand) (Final compensation will depend on interview performance and experience.) Corporate collaborations include: Adobe, Reliance Industries, IndiGo, SpiceJet, Veeam Software, Abbott, ICICI Bank, and others. Instagram: Key Responsibilities - Conduct online one-on-one yoga sessions as the primary responsibility. - Deliver high-quality virtual yoga sessions from a professional home studio setup. - Teach and demonstrate advanced yoga postures with confidence, precision, and proper alignment. - Conduct an average of 5 hours of yoga sessions per day (maximum of 6 sessions). - Maintain exceptional professionalism, punctuality, and session quality. - Coordinate with the internal team regarding schedules, client requirements, and session updates. - Remain available during the assigned working window. - Adhere to the company's attendance, leave, and operational policies. Eligibility Criteria - If your Bachelor's degree is not in Yoga, a Master's degree in Yoga is mandatory. - If you hold a Bachelor's degree in Yoga, you should be currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Yoga. - Minimum 1 year of yoga teaching experience with reputed organizations such as Cult.fit, SARVA, Diva Yoga, or similar wellness organizations. - Strong communication skills in English. - Professional online teaching presence with a suitable home setup. - Willing to commit to a minimum 6-month lock-in period. - 2-month notice period preferred. - Must be able to join within 7 days.
