Marketing Expert

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Reddit Marketing Expert / Reddit Growth Strategist who has hands-on experience building, managing, and growing communities on Reddit. The ideal candidate should understand Reddit's culture, community guidelines, moderation practices, and organic engagement strategies. This role requires someone who has successfully managed multiple Reddit accounts and can drive brand awareness, user engagement, and community growth without violating Reddit policies. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute Reddit marketing and community growth strategies. - Build and nurture organic engagement across relevant subreddits. - Create and manage high-quality Reddit posts, discussions, and comment strategies. - Identify relevant subreddits and engage with target audiences authentically. - Grow brand visibility while maintaining compliance with Reddit's community guidelines. - Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activities on Reddit. - Coordinate with content and marketing teams to align Reddit campaigns with overall marketing goals. - Track performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies. - Build relationships with subreddit moderators where appropriate. Required Skills & Experience - 2+ years of hands-on Reddit marketing or community growth experience. - Proven experience managing 2-3 well-nurtured Reddit accounts/profiles. - Strong understanding of Reddit algorithms, subreddit rules, moderation, karma, and engagement best practices. - Experience in community building, organic marketing, and audience engagement. - Excellent written communication and storytelling skills. - Ability to identify viral content opportunities and create meaningful discussions. - Familiarity with digital marketing, content marketing, and social media growth strategies. - Experience with analytics and performance tracking is a plus.
