What You’ll Do

You’ll own the entire content universe of Rasa.

From dreaming up viral ideas at 11 PM to directing shoots, working with creators, launching campaigns and building stories that make people stop scrolling.

One day you could be creating an emotional brand film.

The next, you’re scripting a reel that’s getting shared across Instagram.

Then you’re working with creators, spotting trends before everyone else, or creating a campaign that gets people lining up outside our stores.

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

• Lives and breathes Instagram, YouTube and social media.
• Constantly saves content because “this was brilliant.”
• Understands human psychology, storytelling and what makes people feel something.
• Knows that every platform has a different language and creates accordingly.
• Can spot trends before they become trends.
• Thinks in hooks, retention, shares and conversations not just views.
• Loves experimenting and isn’t afraid to try crazy ideas.
• Has exceptional aesthetic taste and attention to detail.
• Can lead shoots, creators, editors and agencies with confidence.
• Wants to build work they’re genuinely proud of.
