Business Development Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, Business Development Executive role based in Pune. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of leads, and support revenue growth in target markets. Daily responsibilities include researching potential clients, reaching out via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to present tailored solutions. The role involves nurturing long-term client relationships, supporting account management activities, and tracking performance metrics to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering
• Work Experience of minimum 2 to maximum 3 years preferably in engineering industry
• Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with experience identifying and qualifying prospects
• Business and account management capabilities, including managing client relationships and supporting ongoing engagements
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to meet sales or growth targets, preferably in industrial / manufacturing & engineering Learning & Development solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Knowledge of industrial / manufacturing & engineering L&D markets and willingness to travel as required.
