customers with top-tier destinations, seamless services, and expert travel planning. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Holiday Manager – Sales & Operations (Offshore) to be a key part of our front-end customer engagement and back-end travel operations, working remotely from India in support of our Dubai business.


Job Overview

The Holiday Manager – Sales & Operations is responsible for designing, planning, and managing holiday packages and travel experiences for our GCC customer base. This role involves driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry, excellent client-handling skills, and a focus on innovation and client retention.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Management

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Oversee the sales process, including lead generation, client consultations, and conversions.
  • Handle customer enquiries and prepare accurate, competitive quotations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.

Operations Management

  • Plan and manage the end-to-end delivery of holiday packages, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, airlines/transport providers, and accommodation partners to secure optimal deals and quality services.
  • Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the travel industry.

Product Development

  • Design attractive holiday packages tailored to various customer segments — families, corporate clients, and luxury travelers.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and emerging travel trends.
  • Introduce innovative offerings to differentiate the company in a competitive market.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in sales and operations within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international and domestic travel markets, destinations, and trends (GCC market exposure preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in travel software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering quality experiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.


Additional Requirements

  • Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required (aligned with Dubai/GCC business hours).
  • Availability to travel for industry events, supplier meetings, or destination inspections, as needed.
  • Laptop or desktop with reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace suitable for a full-time remote role.
  • Prior experience working in an offshore/remote support role for a GCC-based company is an advantage.
