We are hiring for our Pharma client for RM role in Chennai location.

An Regional Manager (RM) is a mid-level leadership role responsible for overseeing sales operations and driving revenue growth within a specific geographic territory. Acting as a bridge between senior management and the field sales team, they translate high-level strategies into actionable plans for their area.

Core Responsibilities

The daily duties of an RM blend strategic planning with hands-on team management:

• Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement strategic plans tailored to the local market to meet or exceed regional sales targets.
• Team Leadership : Recruit, train and mentor a team of field medical representatives. This includes conducting regular performance reviews and providing field coaching.
• Market & Network Development : Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base by managing relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Performance Monitoring : Track sales metrics (KPIs) like revenue growth and market share, preparing detailed reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Customer Relationship Management : Resolve high-level customer complaints and maintain strong long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Competitor Analysis : Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
