👩 💻 We're Hiring For

• 🐍 Scratch Mentor

📍 Location: Remote (Work From Home)

🕒 Shift: 2:30AM–8:30AM IST (US Shift)

⏰ Working Hours: 6 Hours/Day

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging online coding sessions to K-12 students.
• Teach coding through hands-on, project-based learning.
• Help students develop problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Inspire young learners to build innovative real-world projects.

Who Can Apply?

✔ Graduates in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, BCA, or related fields.

✔ Strong knowledge of Scratch.

✔ Excellent communication and teaching skills.

✔ Prior teaching or mentoring experience is preferred.

✔ Comfortable working in the US Shift.

Must Have

• Strong knowledge of Scratch Programming and block-based coding.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
• Ability to conduct engaging live online classes.
• Reliable laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.
• Availability to work the assigned shift.

Good to Have

• Prior experience teaching or mentoring students (online or offline).
• Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
• Familiarity with robotics, STEM education, or computational thinking.
• Experience creating games, animations, or interactive projects using Scratch.
• Experience using online teaching platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.

• Computer Science, IT, Engineering, BCA, MCA, or related graduate.
• Patient, energetic, and enthusiastic about working with children.
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
