AI Foundry, Anthropic Cloud-Gen AI

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Azure AI Engineer with 8+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Azure AI services, Azure Databricks, and Azure AI Foundry, with hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Machine Learning.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI applications leveraging Azure AI Foundry.
• Integrate LLM-based applications using APIs, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Implement model monitoring, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, cost optimization, and security of AI platforms.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for ML deployments.

Technical Skills:

• Azure AI Services (Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning)
• Azure AI Foundry / Generative AI frameworks
• Strong programming skills in Python / .NET
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases
• Understanding of cloud security, IAM, and governance in Azure

Good to Have:

• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks
• Certifications in Azure AI or Azure Data

Experience & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to have: AI certification (to be shared) / Azure certifications
