Sales Trainee (Fresher) — IT Product (Recruiting Job Board)

About the Role

• Title: Sales Trainee — IT Product (Recruiting Job Board)
• Type: Full-time, Remote
• Training Period: 2–3 months (performance-focused, stipend not applicable during training)
• Compensation: From Month 4 onward — fixed salary + performance-based incentives determined by your results during training

What You’ll Do

• Learn our product inside out and how it solves hiring needs for employers and staffing firms
• Master consultative selling: prospecting, pitching, demo scheduling, and closing
• Engage prospects via calls, email, LinkedIn, and virtual demos
• Manage and update lead data in CRM with discipline
• Hit weekly activity and conversion targets set during training

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• High ownership, coachability, and a passion for sales
• Consistent work ethic and resilience in a target-driven setup
• Basic tech comfort (CRM, spreadsheets, email tools)
• Must have your own laptop and reliable Wi‑Fi
• Availability to work remotely during standard business hours
