About the Engagement

GoVivace Research and Software Services India is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Independent Sales Contractor to support our US Healthcare Solutions team. In this fully remote engagement, you will independently manage outbound prospecting efforts (cold calling and warm lead follow-ups) targeting US doctor offices, medical clinics, and independent healthcare practices.

Your primary objective is to connect with key practice decision-makers—such as Practice Managers, Office Administrators, and Physicians—introduce our Electronic Health Record (EHR) software and Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services, evaluate practice needs, and schedule qualified product demonstrations.

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct systematic cold outreach and warm lead follow-ups to targeted US medical practices and physician groups.
• Decision-Maker Engagement: Navigate gatekeepers to engage primary decision-makers (Practice Administrators, Office Managers, Billing Managers, and Medical Directors).
• Value Pitching: Articulate the benefits of our integrated EHR platform and end-to-end medical billing services, emphasizing reduced claim denials, faster reimbursements, and HIPAA compliance.
• Discovery & Scheduling: Qualify prospect interest through initial discovery calls, identify current workflow pain points, and book demos for account managers.
• Pipeline Management: Handle objections, maintain follow-up schedules, and log all client interactions accurately in the company CRM.

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in B2B outbound inside sales, lead generation, or business development targeting the US Healthcare industry.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of US healthcare operations, including EHR/EMR systems, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and basic HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills suitable for executive discussions with US healthcare professionals.
• Tools: Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and VoIP softphones.

Contractor Requirements

• Workspace & Infrastructure: Contractor must utilize their own dedicated, professional home setup, including a high-speed fiber internet connection, secondary power backup, computer, and noise-canceling headset.
• Availability: Contractor must bill time and perform services during agreed-upon US business operating hours.
• Tax & Compliance: Responsible for managing own tax filings, business licenses, and contractor reporting as an independent vendor.

Compensation & Commercial Terms

• Hourly Rate: Competitive hourly rate, billed for active hours worked and verified via agreed tracking methods.
• Performance Commission: Additional per-demo or per-qualified-lead incentive bonuses available.
• Invoicing: Weekly or bi-weekly invoice processing based on logged contract hours.
