Job descriptionJob Description - Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant (PPM with Grants Management) Responsibilities - Implement and support the Oracle Cloud Projects (PPM) module, including Project Execution Management, in Oracle Cloud ERP production environments. - Gather business requirements, prepare requirement documents, perform fit-gap analysis, and map business processes to Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. - Engage with business users across multiple business units to understand business objectives and deliver effective Oracle Cloud solutions. - Configure Oracle Cloud PPM applications based on business requirements. - Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides. - Conduct requirement gathering sessions, solution design workshops, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training. - Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout implementation, support, and post-go-live activities. - Monitor project milestones and ensure successful project delivery and go-live. - Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for project execution and issue resolution. - Provide production support, troubleshoot application issues, and recommend process improvements. Mandatory Skills - Minimum 6+ years of Oracle ERP Cloud implementation and/or support experience. - Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects as a Projects (PPM) Functional Consultant or Lead Consultant. - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules: - Project Costing - Project Billing - Project Control - Project Execution Management - Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Grants Management, including: - Grant Award Setup - Grant Budgeting - Sponsored Projects - Grant Funding Allocation - Award Billing - Grant Compliance and Reporting - Grant Lifecycle Management - Experience integrating Oracle Grants Management with Oracle PPM modules, including Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Control. - Good understanding of Oracle PPM batch processes, OTBI reports, BI Analytics, and ERP Cloud integrations. - Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials modules, including: - General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Revenue Management - Experience with integrations involving: - Expenses - Subscription Management - Time and Labor - Oracle Grants Management - Good understanding of end-to-end Intercompany Billing and reconciliation processes. - Experience with Data Conversion, Data Migration, Inbound/Outbound Interfaces, and Report development. - Ability to configure Oracle Cloud applications to meet business requirements and document application configurations. - Strong consulting skills, including: - Requirement Gathering - Fit-Gap Analysis - Business Process Design - Functional Configuration - Functional Testing - Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - End-User Training - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, onshore, and offshore teams.
