What you'll do - Lead and optimize Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce clients. - Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, Triple Whale, and Northbeam to uncover growth opportunities. - Manage budgets, audience targeting, and A/B testing across multiple accounts. - Collaborate with creative and CRO teams to improve ad and landing page performance. - Stay ahead of PPC trends and proactively test new strategies and tools. - Communicate insights, performance, and recommendations clearly to clients. Requirements - 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally in eCommerce. - Strong communication skills - clear, direct, and kind. - Business mindset with a focus on ROI and growth. - Skilled with Google Ads, Analytics and attribution tools. - Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely. - Passionate about testing, learning, and finding new growth opportunities.
