Pastry & Bakery Intern

La Bake Amore is one of India's fastest-growing Baking Science Academies, offering professional baking and pastry programmes ranging from short workshops to advanced diploma courses. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate interns who are eager to build a career in the baking and pastry industry while learning from experienced chefs.

Work Location: In Person – MG Road (Trinity Metro Station), Bengaluru

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: As per company policy

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs during practical classes and demonstrations.
• Support recipe preparation, ingredient weighing, and mise en place.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Assist in preparing products for classes, workshops, and events.
• Organize kitchen equipment, tools, and inventory.
• Learn professional baking and pastry techniques through hands-on training.
• Support day-to-day academy operations as required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Bakery & Patisserie, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of baking and pastry techniques.
• Passion for baking, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Prior internship or practical training is an advantage but not mandatory.

Additional Information

• Internship Duration: 6 Months
• Shift: 10 hours per day with one fixed weekly off.
• Candidates must be available for an in-person interview and practical trial.

Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)

High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position as a Pastry Chef Instructor upon successful completion of the internship, subject to performance, attendance, and organizational requirements.
