Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and profitability within the Chemical sector by acquiring new customers and expanding strategic accounts.
  
• Manage end-to-end sales activities including lead generation proposals negotiations and deal closures.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs procurement heads and supply chain stakeholders.
  
• Identify new business opportunities across key chemical industry segments and drive market expansion.
  
• Lead contract negotiations while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated supply chain and logistics solutions.
  
• Ensure compliance with commercial documentation pricing governance and internal processes.
  
• Monitor sales performance pipeline health client retention and profitability through regular reporting.
  
• Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) to strengthen customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends regulations and safety standards to provide value-added solutions.

Requisites

• Masters degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business or a related field (preferred).
  
• Strong experience in logistics sales and business development.
  
• Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and drive revenue growth.
  
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management.
  
• Experience in enterprise account management and cross-functional collaboration.
  
• Good understanding of Contract Logistics Cold Chain Rail Freight Forwarding and Free Trade Warehouse Zones (FTWZ).
  
• Excellent negotiation stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
  
• Strong analytical reporting and commercial decision-making abilities.
  
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent execution and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units to deliver integrated logistics solutions.
