We are looking for an ambitious Business Development professional who can help us expand our presence in the USA market and generate new business opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities in the USA market
• Build relationships with startup founders, CTOs, product leaders and business owners
• Execute outbound sales campaigns through LinkedIn, email and networking
• Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements
• Create proposals and coordinate with technical teams
• Manage CRM and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Work closely with the founders to build a scalable sales process

What We Are Looking For

✅ 5-10 years of experience in IT services sales

✅ Experience selling software development services to US clients

✅ Strong understanding of:

• Custom Software Development
• Mobile App Development
• SaaS Products
• Cloud & DevOps Services

✅ Experience with:

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• HubSpot or similar CRM
• Cold outreach and lead generation

✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills

✅ Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth

Preferred

• Experience selling offshore development teams
• Existing network in the US startup or SMB ecosystem
• Track record of closing software projects worth $20K+

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹12-15 LPA
