The Director, Offshore Delivery for the Avaap Center of Excellence (ACE) provides senior local leadership for our India-based delivery center as it scales. This person works closely with US practice leadership to execute the growth plan, manage the India management layer, and ensure the team operates effectively across time zones.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a growing, high-performing offshore team that is deeply connected to the business—contributing to delivery excellence, supporting client success, and helping shape how we scale globally.
You’ll collaborate closely with experienced leaders across Workday and data practices while helping strengthen team operations, talent development, and overall effectiveness.
Pay Transparency
Compensation for roles at Avaap varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific business unit, team, role, skillset, and level of experience.
At Avaap it is not typical to be hired at the top of the base salary range. During the interview process, alignment to level will be determined and if the level differs from the position applied for, a revised compensation range will be provided.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be willing to work 1 PM – 10 PM IST
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
