Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding Support: Assist in the end-to-end technical integration of MoEngage for new clients.
• Technical Guidance: Help client developers integrate SDKs and troubleshoot integration issues during the go-live phase.
• Solutioning skills: Work with the marketing teams of clients to understand their business use cases and map them to MoEngage features.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of REST APIs and how they function.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
• Exposure to mobile app ecosystems (Android/iOS SDKs) is a major plus.
• Hands-on experience or academic exposure to AI-assisted development (e.g. using GitHub Copilot Cursor or ChatGPT) to write debug and optimise full-stack code.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (like Marketers).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
