About the opportunity
Our client is a fast-growing US-based brand operating in the foodservice industry. They're working with restaurant operators, distributors, and industry partners, and demand is growing faster than the current team can support.
You'll handle incoming enquiries, qualify opportunities, follow up on warm leads, support existing accounts, and help ensure important conversations progress toward the right next step. You'll also play an important role in building the processes that keep customer and sales communication organised as the business scales.
