Fragrance Sales Associate (Contract)

We are currently seeking a professional and motivated Fragrance Sales Associate to join our retail team in Indore this role you will act as a brand ambassador providing an exceptional shopping experience to our clientele while maintaining the highest standards of store operations. This is a contract position designed for an individual who is passionate about luxury retail and demonstrates strong sales acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to customers assisting them in selecting fragrances that align with their personal preferences.
• Execute sales transactions accurately using the stores point-of-sale (POS) billing system.
• Manage store inventory levels ensuring products are well-organized and displays are maintained to company standards.
• Oversee daily store management tasks to ensure a professional and welcoming shopping environment.
• Foster positive relationships with our diverse clientele to encourage brand loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product knowledge including notes scent families and brand history.

Qualifications:

• Education: / 2 / Intermediate diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in retail sales.
• Skills: Demonstrated expertise in sales techniques store management billing processes and inventory control.
• Attributes: A professional demeanor with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
