Role Description The Marketing and Communications Manager – With Hospitality Experience is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote the hotel’s brand, rooms, F&B outlets, events, and guest experiences. The manager will oversee day-to-day activities such as planning campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing channels, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and maintaining consistent brand messaging. Key responsibilities include drafting and distributing press materials, managing media relations, supervising content for social media and the website, and ensuring effective communication for promotions and events. The role also requires monitoring campaign performance, managing budgets and timelines, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Candidates should possess skills in Marketing Communications and Strategic Communications for brand positioning, campaign planning, and promotion of hotel services.
• Candidates should possess experience with Press Releases, media liaison, and public relations activities.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives within defined budgets and timelines.
• Previous experience in hospitality marketing or communications, preferably in an upscale or luxury hotel environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing concepts, social media management, and content creation for hospitality audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
