Advisory AI Foundry Architect

As a member of our Solution Consulting team you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting Employee Experience Customer Workflow ITX Solution Sales. You will guide revenue for one of our products with the support & partnership of Sales Product Management and the executive team. This is a hands-on technical consultant who can go wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles.

• This role is the technical face of Platform and AI in the region
• Builds POCs and accelerators using Platform and AI Agents
• Experiment with LLM improvements Agentic orchestration & workflow optimisation
• Develop reusable components for regional consumption
• Mapped to opportunity AI Solution Architects in sprints to support POCs
• Create knowledge assets that scale team and field capability

The Solution Consultantis a technical consultantwiththe advanced ability todevelop position andprovideproduct-specificsolutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expertof a client-facing sales team
• Lead discovery workshops to determine customers challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
• Answer product feature and technical questions from customers channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues
• Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements thatcanaddress customer needs and provide additional value
• Shareand learnbest practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
• Support marketing events including executive briefings conferences user groups and trade shows

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
• 10 years of pre-sales solution consultingor sales engineeringexperience
• Hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI applications multi-agent orchestration RAG prompt and context engineering evaluation.
• Proficiency with agent frameworks and modern LLM tooling.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration APIs data pipelines and security/governance considerations for AI
• Proven ability to work directly with customers and translate business problems into technical solutions
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
• Excellent communication skills across both engineering and executive audiences.
• Experience working collaboratively with product management product marketing partnersand professional services
• Territory management skills including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to guide execution excellence
• Travelas necessary
