InfoGenesis POS Engineer

Location: Remote (sourcing in India) Duration: 6-month contract (potential for extensions) Job Description Insight Global is seeking an InfoGenesis POS Engineer to provide advanced application support and operational expertise for a casino customer's food and beverage technology environment. This individual will serve as a primary technical resource for InfoGenesis-related issues, configurations, integrations, and operational support while partnering closely with restaurant, hotel, and casino stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings recent hands-on experience supporting InfoGenesis in a casino resort, integrated resort, hotel, or large hospitality environment and understands the operational realities of 24/7 guest-facing venues. Primary Responsibilities - Support and maintain the InfoGenesis POS environment across restaurant, hotel, and resort operations. - Troubleshoot application issues, interface failures, and operational disruptions. - Maintain POS configurations, menus, pricing structures, and user permissions. - Support integrations between InfoGenesis and related hospitality systems. - Partner with operations teams to resolve production issues and improve system performance. - Provide root cause analysis and issue remediation for recurring problems. - Participate in upgrades, deployments, and testing efforts. Required Qualifications - Recent hands-on experience supporting InfoGenesis POS. - Experience supporting casino, resort, hotel, or integrated hospitality environments. - Strong troubleshooting and application support background. - Understanding of POS system integrations and support processes.
