Electrical Service Engineer

Job Location : Chennai Job Type : On-Roll/Permanent JD Attached : 1. Job Purpose
The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation commissioning
maintenance and troubleshooting of Hydrofloty machines including paint sludge separators and other environmental equipment. The role requires providing technical support conducting preventive maintenance and ensuring optimal performance of the equipment at client sites.
2. Key Responsibilities
Install commission and test Automatic Paint Sludge Removal Systems (Hydrofloty) Solvent Recovery Systems Centrifuges Oil Separators etc. at customer locations.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and resolve equipment malfunctions.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems.
Train customer personnel on equipment operation safety and maintenance procedures.
Provide technical support and after-sales service to clients.
Maintain accurate service records and generate service reports.
Coordinate with the design and production teams for feedback and continuous product improvement. 3. Required Qualifications
Education: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in servicing industrial machinery preferably in environmental equipment.
Special Skills:
Experience with industrial filtration systems paint shop systems or sludge management equipment.
Familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems . Strong understanding of mechanical systems hydraulics and electrical controls.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals schematics
