CRM Developer Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform

We are looking for an experienced CRM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Power Automate and CRM Plugins for a banking technology environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing, developing, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Experience with Azure will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE.

- Develop and maintain C# Plugins, Custom Workflows and CRM extensions.

- Build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate.

- Work with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Dataverse.

- Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and internal/external banking applications.

- Customize entities/tables, forms, views, business rules and business process flows.

- Troubleshoot CRM application, integration and performance issues.

- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing and deployment.

- Work closely with business, functional and technical teams in a banking environment.

- Follow coding, security and deployment best practices.

- Experience with Azure services / Azure DevOps / cloud integrations will be an added advantage.

- 10+ years of banking-domain experience as specified by the hiring manager

Candidate Profile :

We are looking for someone who is technically hands-on rather than purely managerial or functional. The candidate should be comfortable developing Plugins and Power Automate flows, customizing Dynamics CRM and working on enterprise-scale banking applications.

Please note : Banking-domain experience is a critical requirement for candidates with 10 plus years of experience. Candidates without relevant banking/BFSI experience may not be considered.
